Aging Beef Day 2

So we remembered to take the steak out of the fridge and baby it for the 2nd time. Go us! Nothing has changed about the steak although I think we are supposed to use actual towels and not so much paper towels as the paper towel stuck to the beef and was a bit difficult to remove. My boyfriend is genius though! I had no idea how he created a rack in the bottom of the bowl to keep the steak elevated..until now!
